Tom Snyder hosts this topical discussion regarding the important social issue of "drunk driving". Ultimately depressing, not just because of the subject matter, but because it seems (to me at least) that so little has been done since 1987. So much lip service, from the highest ranks to the local police and yet NOTHING has been done in actuality. Anytime you hear a story about someone in an accident where alcohol is involved, you can be sure it will be a repeat offense, most times MULTIPLE previous incidents.
