Trials and tribulations of the emergency staff of a city hospital. Starring one of my favorites, Alison La Placa. Always good, never disappoints.
After the cancellation of "The Jackie Thomas Show", Tom Arnold created a new sitcom, self-named "Tom", this time, centered around family life instead of one man's stand-up act. After only 11 episodes, the series was cancelled, making "Tom" the shortest lasting of Tom Arnold's 3 sitcoms. Soon after though, he would start another self-named sitcom, "The Tom Show".
Using the "show in a show" format Tom Arnold plays Jackie, an arrogant jackass. Focusing on his writing staff (great cast) and their workplace sufferings. Best of all, it has Alison La Placa. I love everything she does, she's never had a bad role. Almost every name in the cast is recognizable. Hilarious show, seriously.
Santa Claus is up for retirement after his 300 years, and he searches New York City for a replacement. Very fun, yet not well known. Worth the watch.
Ben, a mystery writer, meets Laura, a caterer, and it's love at first sight. Their romance is the basis of this series.
