Olympic Winter Games - Women's Figure Skating Finals - (1994) (TV)

Finals of the Women's Figure Skating competition from Lillehammer, Norway. This was the climax of the Kerrigan-Harding confrontation. With Nancy Kerrigan the favorite going in, Oksana Bayul from the Ukraine (looking like a little pink fairy) gives the skate of a lifetime and grabs the gold with a beautiful performance. You'll notice Galina Zmievskaya, currently Johnny Weir's coach, hovering in the background as she guides her world champion. This competition is dramatized in the TV movie; "Tonya & Nancy: The Inside Story", also from 1994.
