Using the "show in a show" format Tom Arnold plays Jackie, an arrogant jackass. Focusing on his writing staff (great cast) and their workplace sufferings. Best of all, it has Alison La Placa. I love everything she does, she's never had a bad role. Almost every name in the cast is recognizable. Hilarious show, seriously.
